Coming to the PS4 and Vita
I’ve recently done the math and figured out that I’ll be commuting to and from work for three hours a day. Including work and my lunch, that’s approximately 12 hours a day that will be spent going to work, working, and coming home from work. It’s depressing as all hell, but the hours spent on the train and bus will allow me to finally dig into the several Vita games I have yet to play. Considering I’ll be in this situation for the next year or so, I’ll no doubt run out of games in a few months. Thankfully, Atlus is continuing its support of the handheld with the Utawarerumono duo of titles coming in 2017.
The games, Utawarerumono: Mask of Deception and Utawareumono: Mask of Truth, will launch in North America and Europe this year for the PlayStation 4 and Vita. Developed by AQUAPLUS, both games feature visual novel and strategy RPG elements that should provide dozens of hours of gameplay.
Mask of Deception will launch this Spring, with the sequel arriving later this year. The games will receive physical releases for both systems in North America, however, European Vita fans will have to settle for digital only.
