The first major update for Attack on Titan Revolution added the new Raid feature, a system that allows players to team up and take on hordes of enemies before taking on the final boss in exchange for powerful rewards. Here’s everything you need to know about the new Attack on Titan Revolution Attack Titan raid boss.
How to access Attack Titan (Eren) Raid
With Update 1 for Attack on Titan Revolution, you can now access the new Raid content via the Main Menu screen. Once there, click on the new Raids option, and then choose a difficulty. Each difficulty level has a specific Grade requirement in order to access the raid. As of now, only one Raid encounter is accessible in Attack on Titan Revolution which is Eren, also known as the Attack Titan raid. Here are the three difficulties available for the Attack Titan raid:
- Hard Mode – Requires D+ Grade
- Severe Mode – Requires B+ Grade
- Aberrant Mode – Requires A- Grade
The higher the difficulty, the harder the raid will be, but the better the rewards as well. You can have up to 8 players in the Raid.
Attach Titan (Eren) Raid Strategy
At the start of the Attack Titan Raid, you will have to team up and assist Eren by destroying hordes of Titans that continuously spawn. Eren will be sitting up against a boulder in the middle of the city and you have to defend him from the waves of Titans attacking while he attempts to recover. If you let Eren die, you will fail the raid.
Once all the waves of Titans have been defeated, Eren will berserk and become the Attack Titan Raid boss. His health bar is displayed at the top, and you will need to deplete the entire health bar to defeat him. This is a lengthy encounter, especially depending on which difficulty mode you chose.
All Attack Titan (Eren) Raid Rewards
After completing the Attack on Titan Revolution Attack Titan raid you will receive rewards based on the difficulty. Here are all the rewards you will earn based on the completed difficulty:
- Hard Mode
- 5,365 EXP
- 17,272 Gold
- Raider’s Chest
- Emperor’s Chest
- Severe Mode
- 9,654 EXP
- 41,520 Gold
- Raider’s Chest
- Emperor’s Chest
- Abberant Mode
- 17,562 EXP
- 96,538 Gold
- Raider’s Chest
- Emperor’s Chest
As you can see, you will receive a Raider’s Chest and Emperor’s Chest regardless of the difficulty. You will need to have contributed at least 5% of the damage to access the chest rewards. An Emperor’s Key is also required to unlock the Emperor’s Chest.
The amount of EXP and Gold you receive increases with each difficulty, so you will obviously want to complete the highest difficulty you can successfully do when choosing which version of the raid to complete.
