For a limited time
Best Buy has been running a discount program called the “Gamers Club,” which nets you 20% off new games, and runs a cycle of deals on its site for some time now. It’s typically $100 for two years, which isn’t that great of a deal since you’d have to spend a decent amount of cash to earn your investment back.
For this week only though, in-store, you can purchase the program for $30. Other perks include double “points” on gaming related items, extra trade-in points and credit, 10% off pre-owned games, and a coupon book.
I’m generally not a fan of Best Buy since it doesn’t respect pre-orders as much as other retailers, but this is a no-brainer if you buy lots of new games at retail.
