If you’re actively playing Gigantic, you might enjoy the idea of nimble assassins diving in and securing quick kills. That’s where someone like Tyto comes into play. Here’s the best build for Tyto in Gigantic.
The best custom build for Tyto the Swift in Gigantic
Tyto is at their best when they’re diving into the enemy backline, jumping a squishy target, and then getting out once they’ve gotten them down. As such, this build focuses on increasing their damage output at the cost of some survivability and movement. If you aren’t too confident with Tyto just yet, feel free to swap some of these out with movement-based talents. With that out of the way, let’s get started:
Primary Attack: Talon
For Talon, we’re going to choose the Hidden Talon and Evade Defenses talents. Hidden Talon will give us that crispy combo with our dodge to apply a crit and bleed to the target, opening the fight strong and making it even better with additional dodges. Evade Defenses helps play with that dodge, allowing for backstab through our dodge to seriously improve our damage output.
Ability 1: Swoop
For Swoop, our leap ability, we’re going to take Cut Down followed by Predatory Instincts. Cut Down is a no-brainer since Swoop is used mainly as an offensive tool for closing the gap and buffing damage through that just makes sense. Predatory Instincts help make sure that we secure that kill, then can either get out or jump another target.
Ability 2: Fang
With Fang, we’re looking to take both Pounce and Gnawing Out as talents. Pounce is great since it lets us ignore a target’s armor more than we already were, with Gnawing Out cracking their armor and severely increasing the damage of follow-up attacks. This turns Fang into an excellent ability to hit once you’ve landed from Swoop and before following up with a flurry of attacks.
Ability 3: Blur
Moving onto Blur, we’ll be looking to take both Angular Momentum and Precision as our talents. Since we’ll be dodging anyway through the talents taken for Talon, buffing our damage is a huge bonus through Angular Momentum. Precision just adds to that with more chances to crit and severely increase damage output.
Ability 4: Blade Dance
With the ultimate ability, we’re going to select Bleed Dance and Cyclone as talents. Bleed Dance providing additional bleed is huge since your target is likely to run once you’ve jumped them. Cyclone lets you hit them that little bit longer too before they get out of range. If you’re up against a beefy team, it might make more sense to take Deadly Dance since you’ll be applying max bleed stacks more consistently.
Clash Talent
Last, but certainly not least, is the Clash Talent. Here, we’ll want to take Swooping Up, since it provides some nice stamina when jumping on a target with Swoop, thus allowing for more dodges. Low health reducing Swoop’s cooldown is also huge for getting a quick escape when you’ve bitten off more than you can chew.
