Bionic Commando and Arthur Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 vids

We just got the news that M.O.D.O.K., Magneto, Nathan Spencer, and Arthur will be playable characters in Marvel Vs. Capcom 3. We’ll probably have to wait until tomorrow to get a look at those Marvel-side bad guys in action, but we don’t have to wait to see Arthur and his Bionic Capcom brethren in motion. These two videos show just how badass the NES veterans look in this current-gen fighter.

Arthur doesn’t disappoint. He’s got the fragile armor and boxer shorts from his initial appearance in Ghosts and Goblins, and double jump and increased arsenal from later games like Super Ghouls and Ghosts. I can’t wait to try him out.

Nathan “Rad” Spencer’s not looking too shabby either. Actually, he is looking pretty shabby, downright disheveled to be honest, but that doesn’t mean he wont be fun to play. It looks like he’ll fight like I always imagined he would; like a cross between Scorpion and Omega Red. He even says “Get over here!” from time to time. Nice cross-series tribute there, Capcom. It also sounds like he’s got some unique pre-fight banter with Iron Man. Is that a new thing, or was character specific dialog already announced for Marvel Vs. Capcom 3?

Check out the chat for yourself in the video below.
