Black Ops 6 and Warzone 2025 schedule: All current and upcoming events

Even though Black Ops 6 has been out for quite a while, the game is still alive and well with its consistent updates. Events are one of the main reasons it continues to thrive, typically celebrating a crossover for the season.

If you want to stay updated on BO6 and Warzone, here’s a deep dive into its event schedule.

BO6 and Warzone ongoing events in 2025

At the time of writing, the following events are active in Black Ops 6 and Warzone:

• Black Ops 6 Free Trial
• Warzone’s Return to Verdansk

The Free Trial event gives players free access to Multiplayer and Zombies for a limited time. If you are on the fence about buying BO6, use this time to test it out. You’ll have access to Season 3 Premium content, the Firing Range MP map, and the Zombies Shattered Veil map. This event will conclude by April 11, so be sure to check it out while it lasts.

Warzone players can also tune into the Return to Verdansk event. Go back to the golden age of Warzone with the return of the mode’s first-ever Battle Royale map. Event-only zones will be available, allowing you to earn exclusive rewards. Locate iconic points of interest, open hidden safes, and take down enemy Operators to unlock higher gift tiers. You can also earn rewards just by logging into Warzone.

If you acquire all the Event Rewards, you’ll receive Modern Warfare’s (2019) Kali Sticks from Season 4. You may also get lucky and get the Trail Blazer Operator, which can randomly drop from hidden safes. The event will wrap up on April 15 at 9 am PT/12 pm ET/4 pm GMT, paving the way for the next batch of celebrations.

After Return to Verdansk concludes, the Black Ops Tribute event begins in BO6, Zombies, and Warzone. This celebration is an ode to the Black Ops series, featuring themed rewards inspired by this beloved series.
