All the expansion for thirty dubloons
The ever-popular “Season Pass” scheme will be present in Gearbox Software’s upcoming shooter sequel Borderlands 2, securing access to the game’s four downloadable campaigns for an advance fee of $30. Solo, each expansion will cost $10, so you basically get one free with the pass.
The DLC will be released gradually, with the last one slated to arrive by June 2013. You’ll be able to pick your pass up on the same day the game launches, September 18.
What do you folks make of Season Passes? I don’t find them as obnoxious as some other ideas publishers have had, though I can’t find myself trusting enough of videogame companies to pay before I know what I’m getting. Decent deal for those with a bit more faith, at any rate.
