Maybe they’ll be handing out free Monster Energy drinks?
Respawn Entertainment co-founder Vince Zampella says the studio, composed of key members of the Call of Duty 4 team, will be at E3 2013.
Considering I spotted many Respawn employees wearing company logo shirts at E3 last year, I am under the assumption that Respawn will be showing its game or, in the very least, announcing a partnership with a console manufacturer; not just checking out the competition and buying overpriced, gross pizza.
At E3, we will finally be able to meet our favorite Respawn members like Slothy and Mario (above). “Be it horses or hockey players, Mario has probably had experience capturing it for video games,” Respawn’s site states. “On the side, he’s an aspiring hip-hop artist with serious Mega Man 2 skills.”
After nearly two years of development, expectations are high for what many suspect to be a Call of Duty competitor. If only people knew it really is a horse jockey sim for Japanese arcades.
