We still don’t officially know if NBA Jam will actually be coming to the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, but in the meantime, you can take a look at the in-game results of this summer’s NBA free agency period. The Chicago Bulls have bolstered their roster with the acquisition of Carlos Boozer, formerly of the Utah Jazz. But of course, the biggest off-season story is the Miami Heat, who have re-signed Dwyane Wade while adding erstwhile Toronto Raptor Chris Bosh and LeBron James, who left the Cleveland Cavaliers.
You can see all four of the aforementioned NBA stars in action in the four NBA Jam screenshots in the gallery below. The one you see above has D-Wade throwing an alley-oop to LeBron, and it’s a sight that I’m sure will be replicated more than a few times during the 2010–11 NBA season. (Hopefully not too often against my Knicks.)
NBA Jam and its fiery box art will be out for the Wii on October 5th.
