Launching on last-gen consoles, before eventually transitioning to the current generation, Child of Light is a beautiful side-scrolling adventure, in which the player must guide a recently deceased young hero, Aurora, on a quest to rescue the sun, moon, and stars from the clutches of the sinister Queen of the Night. Child of Light received praise from critics and fans for its spirited visuals, classic storytelling, and unique rhyming dialogue.
