Chivalry: Medieval Warfare is getting an expansion that takes the first-person slasher to strange new places. This is a tie-in with Spike’s Deadliest Warrior television series, of all things, but the core gameplay premise appears mostly untouched. As covered in the trailer, period-appropriate maps and multi-team battles are planned as part of the content rollout.
While only samurai and Spartans have been confirmed so far, there’s room for four more types of warriors on the Chivalry: Deadliest Warrior site. I’m now looking over a list of episodes for possible clues and, my goodness, I forgot how f*cking ludicrous this show is. It’s fitting that they literally did the “This is Sparta” kick in the trailer.
