If you’re a PC gamer questioning why you need to spend the full $59.99 for a purely digital copy of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, an online discount propped up just recently to keep some of that hard-earned cash in your wallet. Last night the Steam PC version of Advanced Warfare dropped to $49.99 in GMG’s VIP section.

The deal is part of a “VIP” sale GMG is running through this weekend. Note that you’ll need to login to see the deal. It’s a solid 17% off when all is said and done. Pre-load is expected to start sometime this weekend and the “Day Zero” edition starts Monday.

The same “VIP” sale also gets you a 20% discount on Dragon Age: Inquisition. That cuts next month’s big RPG release down to $47.99, saving you $12. It’s the only price break we know of for the Origin key as of writing.

While we do have some console deals listed below, the best deals this weekend are found in the many Halloween sales of various PC gaming retailers. Origin Store cuts the price of Titanfall to an all new low of $14.99, GMG offers discounts up to 91%, and Steam Store brings in Winter/Summer sale pricing on select Halloweenish-themed titles. Virtually all deals listed below run through the weekend.

Update 11/03: The CoW: AW deal at GMG is no longer a “Day Zero” edition given the game is essentially released.
