It looks like there’s now a chance that Crysis 3 will appear on the Wii U, despite comments on the subject from Crytek’s creative director Rasmus Hoejengaard in May. Producer Mike Reid told CVG that’s it’s no longer a case of “no chance,” but it’s certainly not definite either.
He did confirm that Crytek are working with Nintendo on something, but he didn’t offer any details. The Wii U doesn’t have a release date yet, so there’s plenty of time to find out more. Crysis Bowling, anyone? I’m not even kidding, that would absolutely rock. I’d be far more interested in super-powered soldiers trying to get strikes than shooting stuff.
