I’ve still not played Dark Souls yet, the main reason being that I haven’t even finished Demon’s Souls. I could probably finish the rest in a weekend, but I simply get too exasperated with my own ineptitude that it takes all of my strength not to bludgeon myself to death with the controller.
When I do finally get round to picking it up, I’m sure I won’t be able to survive without at least a wee bit of help. But I’m not simply bad at these games; I’m also incredibly lazy. So it’s a good thing that the Dark Souls strategy guide — all 143 pages of it — has been compressed into a 419MB file and put up on PSN for 13 of your “bucks”. It’s pretty detailed and will undoubtedly be of aid to incapable folks like myself.
