Everyone’s saying that it’s ‘too late’ for gift buying. Nonsense! It’s never too late if you’re buying for yourself. If you are still gift buying for others, you had better head to the brick and mortar retailers, as shipping is pretty crazy right now. But if you’re buying for yourself, who cares if your packages arrive on December 26th?
There’s some good crap at Amazon. The deal of the day is definitely the $100 in credit when you purchase a PS3. That really kicks ass. A gift card is always great, but there’s a ton of great sh*t at Amazon for everyone.
Games: If you never got around to playing the flippy, gun-heavy RPG Resonance of Fate, there’s a HUGE discount on that today: $18.52, or 69 percent off. Metroid Other M isn’t the best Metroid game, but it’s definitely worth $20 in my book. Here’s a fun game that no one played: Phantasy Star Portable 2, for the PSP. It’s on sale for $19.99 today. Finally, if you’re dying for a PlayStation Move game, get Kung-Fu Rider. It’s not a great game, but it’s pretty funny in parts. It’s…something for $14.99.
