According to Xbox LIVE’s Major Nelson, 1.35 gigs of an Alone in the Dark demo and 1.44 gigs of a demo for THQ’s Wall-E have hit Xbox LIVE Marketplace. Both of these demos arrive well after the release of both games, meaning that if you’ve already purchased either of these games and hated them, these demos can simply serve as confirmation of your impatience and failure.
Although you could have read our Alone in the Dark review, in which our own Conrad Zimmerman wrote: “Give it a rental and at least see what they’ve attempted.” Not long ago, we ran some hands-on impressions of Wall-E, and were “pleasantly surprised” that it wasn’t completely awful.
Was anyone waiting on demos of either of these games before you opened up your wallets?
