Blizzard has issued a new hotfix for Diablo III that improves the rate of high-end loot drops in the Hell and Inferno difficulty modes. Hopefully those instances spent fighting total asshole monsters won’t be rewarded with a slew of utter crap. At least, not so much now.
Boss will also definitely drop a rare item for any player with four stacks of Nephalem Valor and at least two rare items for five stacks. The fix is rounded out with a few fixes that can all be viewed right here.
