Will we see Disgaea on the Wii soon? It seems it possible, as developer Nippon Ichi recently signed a contract to develop Wii titles. Their first title, called Let’s Hitchhike, is slated for a March 2009 release and is coming to WiiWare.
Of course, that doesn’t have a thing to do with Disgaea, but Nippon Ichi could release a ramen eating emulator and I’d be more interested than I am in the current WiiWare offerings. Let’s hope this yields some cool offerings in the near future for fans of the penguin-laden SRPG series.
