This latest Humble Weekly Bundle is chock-full of awesome Japanese independent games.

The new pay what you want promotion includes adventure game Cherry Tree High Comedy Club, its visual novel companion Cherry Tree High I! My! Girls!, Astebreed studio Edelweiss’ brawler Fairy Bloom Freesia, and Rob Howland’s language-learning experience Influent.

Those that pay more than the average will net arena fighter Magical Battle Festa, shoot-’em-up Revolver 360 Re:Actor, and Siter Skain’s Tale of Alltynex trilogy. Chip in more than $10 and you’ll unlock role-playing games Rime Berta and Half-Minute Hero: The Second Coming.

It’s a nice group of games and a great deal, particularly if you haven’t dipped into Playism or Nyu Media’s catalogues before. Both micropublishers are doing a great job at localizing obscure Japanese indie games for western audiences, and it’s cool to see them in the spotlight like this.
