A new piece of downloadable content for BioWare’s fantasy action RPG Dragon Age: Origins, dubbed “Darkspawn Chronicles,” is slated for release on May 18th at 400 Microsoft Points.
This is according to Microsoft’s latest Xbox LIVE Newsbeat, which also outed the release dates and prices of several Arcade titles, Avatar clothing add-ons, and even other pieces of DLC for Capcom’s Super Street Fighter 4 among others.
But what “Darkspawn Chronicles” will be remains a mystery. The creators have remained tight-lipped about DLC since full expansion “Dragon Age — Awakening’s” release, even though the developer offered April 1st gag gifts.
A grounded assumption is that the mystery content is a mini-expansion. It’ll share the same price as the last mini-romp, “Return to Ostagar.” For reference, it’s 160 points lower than “Warden’s Keep,” which launched alongside the game and the 1200 MSP Shale character DLC.
