New Nintendo ad brings back memories

Nintendo’s latest ad for the Wii U really takes me back. I can remember making a similar pitch to my own parents twenty five years ago when trying to convince them of the necessity of a Nintendo Entertainment System in our household.
It went down almost exactly like this, except that my folks weren’t paid actors and therefore offered considerably more resistance to the idea than is seen here. It would be a decade more before I owned an NES. I guess my salesmanship needed work.
