Destiny 2’s The Final Shape expansion will take you quite some time to work through. Given the price of the expansion, this makes sense since you’re paying the premium of a lot of bigger games. However, this also might leave you wondering just how far you have left until the main campaign is complete. Here are all the missions in Destiny 2’s The Final Shape expansion.
Every mission in Destiny 2: The Final Shape expansion
In total, there are eight main missions you must complete before completing the Final Shape campaign. There’s more to it than that, however, which we’ll discuss further below. For now, here’s every mission in order:
- Transmigration
- Temptation
- Exegesis
- Requiem
- Ascent
- Dissent
- Iconoclasm
- Final Mission (locked behind the Salvation’s Edge raid)
The final mission is a little confusing since we’re currently unsure if this is referring to the World First clear of the raid, or if you’re required to complete the raid yourself to experience the final chapter in the story. Once we have more details on it, we’ll update this guide to reflect that.
All in all, this should take around 10 hours for the average player to complete. Weaved in between each of the above missions are some added side activities, such as speaking with your Ghost, conversing with your fireteam, or completing open-world content like Lost Sectors and Strikes. If you’re playing in Normal mode, this may go by a little faster. It can also go a bit faster with a fire team of three people.
