So you’ve been through two regions, and you’re feeling pretty confident about your Queen’s Blood prowess in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. Here are all of the FF7 Rebirth Queen’s Blood players in Corel.
Queen’s Blood players in North Corel
Biff
The first batch of players you’ll find in Corel won’t be in Costa del Sol—at least not yet—but in North Corel, after you’ve gone through the mines. Biff is a rank 5 player waiting for your challenge here, and packs a pretty core piece of any solid destroy deck as a reward: the 2-cost, 2 power, board-clearing Bomb.
Rolf
Our second North Corel players is a dog. Yup, this very good pup named Rolf plays Queen’s Blood at a rank 5 level, and even packs some wolves in its deck. Win the battle for territory, and you’ll pick up another strong destroy card as a reward in the Cockatrice. Oddly, not a canine card.
Navalan
Our third North Corel player won’t show up until you have a Queen’s Blood rank of (5) Blood Knight. Much like Cameron in Junon, Navalan is a rank 5 boss player who will unlock another piece of the QB story for you. That is, of course, after you best his board strats and acquire the interesting card “Bagnadrana ” as reward, which gains power as you play cards from your hand.
Queen’s Blood players in The Dustbowl
Dax
In the blindingly sunny Dustbowl, if you couldn’t tell from the above screenshot, you’ll be able to take on three QB players as part of your quest to gather some chocobo greens. Luckily, they also count towards your quest for Queen’s Blood ranking in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. Rank 6 Dax, sadly, has a pretty weak deck and a weaker reward in the Thug card. Still, rank is rank.
Pietro
This rank 6 living statue Pietro tries to put up a wall, but it’s easy enough to knock down, especially if you’ve got some potent cards like Titan and Ifrit. Take him out in The Dustbowl, and you’ll pick up the reward of another good destroy card in Joker. Honestly, at this point, you could make a pretty decent destroy-themed deck if you’d like. And helping out with that cause even more is…
Mary
Mary is here to drink the Dustbowl dry and play Queen’s Blood at a rank 6 level, and she hasn’t had her fill of either yet. She probably gave me the most trouble of the three, with some decent mid-game drops and board sense. Take her out, and you get another strong addition to a destroy-themed deck as reward in the Death Claw.
Wize 3.0 Ver. 2.0
While you might be done after the initial three, return to the Dustbowl later and you can take on the rank 6 Wize 3.0 Ver. 2.0 to ascend beyond the rank of (7) Blood Captain. Wize packs a wallop, with cards like the formidable Space Ranger, which gets stronger for each enhanced enemy card. Clear the story match, and you get the curious, interesting reward of a Grangalan card and another bit of story.
Queen’s Blood players in Costa del Sol
Riana
Much, much later in the game, likely after new side quests have populated all the regions, you’ll be informed of new Queen’s Blood players taking up residence in Costa del Sol. Rank 7 Riana is probably the first one you’ll run into, near the Card Carnival on the docks. Taking her down nets you a strong replacement card reward in the Diabolic Variant.
Maahir
Maahir’s a rank 7 that can throw you off a bit with the reach of his cards. Control the board well, though, and you’ll net yourself another win for the rankings in Costa del Sol and a new card reward in the SOLDIER Operator. It’s a bit finnicky to play, but hey, you can try.
Dokaccha
The last of our new rank 7 Costa del Sol players has some tricks up their sleeve, mainly around the Rictus card. Be wary of enfeebling too much with it on the board. But win, and you’ll net one Rictus for yourself as reward, and you really should grab one. Rictus was a surprising useful card when I was clearing out some of the endgame QB challenges at the Saucer.
Queen’s Blood players in The Gold Saucer
Warning: This entails spoilers for the story of the Queen’s Blood plot.
Specter of the Cards
That’s right, the specter of Queen’s Blood himself is here to play at The Gold Saucer, inside the Haunted Hotel. You’ll unlock this feat after conquering enough players, and the rank 8 Lidrehl will be one of the last players in the quest line to beat. (Though, not quite last. A few surprises await.) Unsurprisingly, the creator of the game brings some formidable cards to the party, including the imposing Ramuh which can lower power across diagonals. Try to control the board and keep him from gaining a central square, and you’ll soon have a Ramuh of your own as reward.
With that, you’ll have cleared out all the players in Corel, and likely be well on your way to Queen’s Blood completion. Corel is central to Queen’s Blood in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, and you’ll find yourself returning here often, whether it’s for matches or puzzle challenges. Completing the collection starts and ends in Corel.
How many Queen’s Blood players are there in Corel (FF7 Rebirth)?
There are 11 total Queen’s Blood players in Corel throughout Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. It’s the most of any region, and there’s even more to be played beyond that. Aside from the quest-pertinent QB players we’ll battle here, there is a wealth of optional Queen’s Blood content to find in Corel.
What is Queen’s Blood in FF7 Rebirth?
In FF7 Rebirth, Queen’s Blood is a card game that’s sweeping across the continent. Seriously, the denizens of FF7 really love their hot new board and card games. Throughout Cloud’s journey, you’ll be able to pick up new cards and take on progressively tougher opponents, leading to both fun side stories and a nice reprieve from all the doom and gloom of the main story.
