While Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles didn’t go over so well, anything with the words “final” and “fantasy” in it are enough to get cosplayers and various other nerds worked up into a hot sweat. So here we go again.
Shonen Jump has published some new information on the upcoming DS follow-up, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates. The first thing you’ll notice is an art style that is extremely similar to that found in the recent DS remake, Final Fantasy III. The second thing you’ll notice is that all of the text found in the scans is in Japanese, so I have no idea what most of it says.
So this is where you guys come in — translate and speculate away! Chop, chop! Get to work!
