At the Emmy’s this past week, the guys from the Flight of the Conchords let slip that they have a few songs coming to Rock Band. Today, Sub Pop Records, the label for Conchords, confirmed to Team Teabag that a few songs are indeed coming to the music game.
Two of the songs will be from the band’s self titled debut album and one other song will be from their upcoming album “I Told You I Was Freaky.” It’s not clear yet which songs they’re going to offer up as DLC, but it should be available around the time the new album is released on October 20. The songs are supposed to be out through Rock Band Network, but that’s supposed to coming out in November last we checked.
On a related note, I’ve really wanted to get into Flight of the Conchords but keep pushing it off. What are some good songs/skits I should check out by them?
