Freedom Wars is getting its 1.20 update in Japan, which brings multiple 8-v-8 PVP modes to the shooter. You have your deathmatch mode, and a capture the flag [civilian] gametype, which should last you quite a while given the action-oriented gameplay depicted in the video above.
There’s no word yet on the exact timetable for overseas updates, but I hope we get some parity outside of Japan, because the game is supported quite well.
