Now that my expectations of Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition (at least on PC) are starting to become slightly more realistic, I can get excited over trailers such as this new one from gamescom.
I appreciate the realism on display here, in that the person playing gets stabbed a bunch and even dies a few times, too. Everyone loses their souls eventually; that’s what I keep telling myself, anyway.
If you’re planning to nab the PC version of Prepare to Die Edition, it’s coming very soon: August 23 or the day after, depending on where you live. PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 players are getting it as downloadable content, but not until later this winter.
