Genshin Impact’s current rate-up 5-star characters are Sigewinne (Hydro Bow) and Furina (Hydro Sword). They are accompanied by the 4-star characters Noelle (Geo Claymore), Rosaria (Cryo Polearm) and Gaming (Pyro Claymore).
Genshin Impact’s current rate-up 5-star weapons are Silvershower Heartstrings (Bow) and Splendor of Tranquil Waters (Sword). They are accompanied by the 4-stars Favonius Lance (Polearm), Sacrificial Bow (Bow), Lion’s Roar (Sword), Lithic Blade (Claymore), and Favonius Codex (Catalyst).
There is currently no Chronicled Wish banner in Genshin Impact.

The three limited characters who have gone the longest without a rerun are Shenhe, Nilou, and Ganyu. One or more of these may rerun in Version 4.8.
How good are the current Genshin Impact banners?
Disclaimer: There is no pity for a specific 4-star character or weapon. Do not pull for a specific 4-star unless you are prepared to pull several 5-stars along the way. The weapon banner is even more punishing than the character banners. Do not pull unless you are okay with receiving at least one of each featured weapon.
How good is Sigewinne?
Sigewinne is a healer support. Her value comes from being able to keep your team alive while having minimal build requirements. From a meta standpoint, the healing alone is not enough to justify pulling for Sigewinne. I don’t recommend pulling for Sigewinne unless you just want a comfortable healer for overworld content.
How good is Furina?
Furina is one of the best characters in Genshin Impact. She deals respectable damage while providing a massive DMG buff to your entire team. As long as you have a healer of some kind to offset her HP draining effects, Furina can take many teams to new heights. While there are no “must pull” units in Genshin Impact, Furina is as close as it gets.
4-Star Characters
Noelle and Rosaria are both strong 4-star DPS characters. If you don’t have Constellations for them, then this is a good opportunity to obtain them. Since they’re older characters, though, there’s a good chance that you have them at C6 already.
Gaming is a newer character, and he’s also a decently strong 4-star DPS. He has an interesting Plunging Attack playstyle, if you’re looking to add something new to your gameplay.
Overall, the 4-star characters are decent. If you have any interest in playing these characters, and don’t have them at full Constellations already, this is a good banner for you.
5-Star Weapons
Silvershower Heartstrings is Sigewinne’s best weapon, but I don’t recommend pulling for it at all. Sigewinne still heals plenty with Recurve Bow, and you can even use Favonius Warbow to generate extra Energy for her team. It’s not useful for any other character in Genshin Impact either. Avoid this weapon at all costs.
Splendor of Tranquil Waters is Furina’s signature Sword and her best-in-slot. Still, Furina does just fine with the 4-stars Festering Desire or Fleuve Cendre Ferryman. Furina’s Constellations make a greater difference than her weapon, particularly Constellation 2. Pulling for Constellations may end up being a better value than trying to obtain Splendor of Tranquil Waters.
I don’t recommend pulling on Genshin Impact’s current weapon banner at all. Sigewinne’s weapon is useless on everyone but herself, and Furina has decent 4-star weapons available to her. If you want a better weapon for Furina, I recommend waiting for a banner where the other weapon has better value.
4-Star Weapons
The 4-star weapons are decent, but not good enough to justify the banner as a whole. Lithic Blade is exclusive to weapon banners, but there aren’t many Claymore characters who can use it. Sacrificial Bow and Favonius Lance are more useful in general, but you can also obtain them from any other banner. Lion’s Roar and Favonius Codex are situationally useful, too.
In general, 4-star weapons don’t have much influence on a banner’s value. Focus on the featured 5-star weapons instead. In this case, the poor value of Sivershower Heartstrings is enough to sour the banner as a whole.
