‘Guild Halls’ feature detailed
Live from E3 at the PC Gaming Show, ArenaNet’s Colin Johanson shed some light on the previously announced Guild Halls feature for the upcoming Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns expansion. You’ll be able to decorate your massive hall, which serves as a social space, as well as fight in your own personal arena, and organize adventures.
They’re described as an “entire map,” and players will capture that area for their guild within the core campaign, taking it back from the main adversary of the expansion. It will also feature world leaderboards to pit guilds against one another. This sounds like a really cool addition for people who are really into social spots in MMOs.
