The third task that the Vendor Handshake gives you in Gray Zone Warfare is Restoring Order. Unlike most tasks that require you to visit a specific location on the map, Restoring Order can be completed anywhere in the starter town closest to your faction. This is how you complete the Restoring Order task in Gray Zone Warfare.
How to neutralize enemies in the nearby town
In order to complete the Restoring Order task in Gray Zone Warfare, you need to Neutralize 15 enemies in the nearby town. It doesn’t matter how you take them out, and you can even do this task in a squad with others, but it has to be completed in your faction starter town closest to the home base. Here are all the starter towns based on faction:
- Mithras Security Systems – Nam Thaven
- Crimson Shield International – Kiu Vongsa
- Lamang Recovery Initiative – Pha Lang
Obviously, the best way to complete the Restoring Order task is to grab a group of friends and just go mowing through enemies in the town closest to you. However, if you’re like me and playing solo, you do have some options. If you have decent gear in your stash, bring a rifle and some healing supplies and drop in at the nearest landing zone. Try to fight enemies one-by-one, while making sure to heal up and regenerate in between each encounter.
If you don’t have much equipment to your name, another option is to land where others that are part of your faction have landed and go and loot the body of an enemy after they take them out in order to secure a weapon. From here, the same objective remains: take the enemy out one-by-one, resting between each kill.
How to complete Restoring Order
Once you’ve neutralized 15 enemies in the nearby town, head back to your faction’s base camp. There, open your Vendors tab go to Handshake, and then Tasks. As long as you have killed the 15 enemies in the nearby town, you should be bale to hit the orange Complete button for the Restoring Order mission. Completing this mission grants the following rewards:
- 1x Lancer Body Armor
- $2,700
- 400 Experience
- 100 Reputation with Handshake
