Missing Person mission explained
DMZ missions play a vital role in Call of Duty: Warzone 2. Throughout your journey, you’ll come across various missions with different objectives. Some missions will thrust you into intense battles, while others will require you to sneak into Shadow Company’s base to spy on them. Most of these missions take place on a single map, but there are also missions that span across multiple maps. One such mission is the Missing Person mission for the Legion Faction.
This Tier 3 mission consists of three tasks. Firstly, you must retrieve a letter from the Sarrif Bay Bath House. Next, you’ll need to carefully place the letter in Room B7 of the Ashika Island Apartment Complex. Finally, your mission concludes with a successful extraction from Ashika Island. Let’s now explore the mission details without further delay.
Extract the letter
To begin, start by spawning onto Al Mazrah and make your way to the Sarrif Bay point of interest (POI) in the southern part of the map. North of this POI, you’ll find the Bathhouse, which is marked on the map above. Look for a Clocktower to help you locate the place easily.
Once inside the Bathhouse, you’ll notice a fountain where the Driver’s note is placed. Retrieve the note from there and make sure to safely exfiltrate in order to complete the first objective of the mission. Keep in mind that if you don’t find the note at the designated spot, it means another player has likely already collected it. In such cases, you’ll need to make another deployment and try again.
Place the letter in the Ashika Island Apartment Complex
Now that you have obtained the Driver’s note, your next objective is to securely place it in Room B7 of the Ashika Island Apartment Complex. Head towards the Oganikko Farms, and on the outskirts of this point of interest (POI), you will spot two tall buildings named A and B. Building B is where you’ll find Room B7 on the top floor. Enter the room and locate the kitchen area. Look near the sink, and you will see a prompt to place the Driver’s note.
Once you have successfully placed it, your final step is to exfil from the area to complete the mission. Keep in mind that you have the option to exfil in another deployment if you prefer. Also, it’s important to note that if you happen to die while carrying the letter before placing it, you will need to retrieve it once again.
