Mushrooms have made their way to Schedule 1, and you can make your own by completing the Vibin’ on the ‘Cybin quest.
As of writing, you’ll need to have access to the beta branch to try out the quest. Once you gain access to the quest, Vibin’ on the ‘Cybin will provide you with every detail required to produce your first batch.

How to start Vibin’ on the ‘Cybin quest in Schedule 1
To begin this quest, you’ll need to unlock Fungal Phil as a supplier. This requires you to unlock Downtown, which will take some time if you’re a beginner. If you’re a veteran who has completed the Benzies storyline, you’ll already have Downtown unlocked.
To begin the quest, open your phone, and you’ll find the required instructions from Fungal Phil.
Purchase a Grain Bag, Spore Syringe, and Mushroom Spawn
The first task is to get all the required items.
- Order a Grain Bag, a Spore Syringe, and a Mushroom Substrate from Fungal Phil as a dead drop.
- Go to Oscar after sunset to get a Mushroom Spawn and a Mushroom Bed.
You’ll also need the following items from Dan’s Hardware store.
- Spray Bottle
- AC
These will complete the list of required items. You’ll also need other basic items like a cutter, sachets, and more.
Use the mushroom spawn station to inoculate a Grain Bag
Place the Mushroom Spawn Station at a suitable location. Interact with the Spawn Station to place the Grain Bag and the Spore Syringe in the two slots. Take the Syringe and remove the cap, and inoculate the Grain Bag with the spores. Wait for a bit to get the output.
Mix the mushroom spawn into a Mushroom Bed
Place the Mushroom Bed at a suitable location, and put the Substrate inside. Drop the Shroom Spawn (output from the previous step), and cover them with the soil. Place the AC in the same room, and press the “cool” button to bring the temperature down to the required level.
Harvest the mushrooms once fully grown
Once you have covered the spores and turned on the AC, the last task is to fill the Spray Bottle with water. Use it to water five spots, and that will complete everything you need to do. Once done, click on the mushrooms to harvest them. Package them in suitable sachets so you can start selling them to the customers in the game.
