How to emote in Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League

As a multiplayer game, it makes sense you can emote in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. You can dance, say hi, or high five among other options; here’s how to do that.

How to use an emote in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League

Accessing an emote in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is easy. While you’re in-game, hold down the right D-Pad button on your controller (or PC equivalent). You’ll then see a wheel of options pop up on the screen. Select what you want with the right stick and then press the right trigger (R2) to activate the emote. If you’ve selected the dance, the emote will continue until your character moves.

You can also high-five, in which another player can interact with you. Even the AI controller players in the party will come up to you and clap their hands.

What else does the D-Pad do?

The D-Pad is very useful in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. You can switch your characters while not in a quest by holding the left D-Pad button. Up on the D-Pad helps you scan objects in the open world. For example, when a Riddler puzzle pops up and asks you to scan a building or item, press up.

Finally, the down direction on the D-Pad gives you an overview of what’s nearby. It shows nearby enemies and other important objects/NPCs on the screen. It can be tricky to keep all of these controls memorized; I struggle to remember how to traverse around the city of Metropolis as I switch characters. It might be even trickier once The Joker joins the game.
