How to farm Neural Sensors in Warframe

I guess you could say you’re sensing their location.

Warframe Neural Sensors

While you can mostly farm resources passively in Warframe, some resources are better acquired through target farming them. Certain areas are either much better for specific resources or are the only way to acquire them, so it can help a ton to know where to look. One of these resources can be somewhat rare and is used in many blueprints. Here’s how to farm Neural Sensors in Warframe.

Where to get Neural Sensors in Warframe

There are two ways you can go about farming Neural Sensors. You can either farm the Alad V Assassination mission on Themisto, Jupiter, or you can farm a specific Survival or Defense mission and hope enemies drop them. The Alad V Assassination mission is typically the more consistent one, giving Neural Sensors every 1-2 runs of the mission. It’s also quite fast once you know how to deal with Alad V. However, missions like Elara and Cameria on Jupiter could give more, provided you’re willing to put in the time.

Once you get a drop of Neural Sensors, you should get 1-2 no matter the enemy. If you’re running a Resource Booster, this can be upped to 2-4 per drop. A Resource Drop Chance Booster can also help, but it won’t affect the drop rate of Neural Sensors when fighting Alad V.

What are Neural Sensors used for?

Neural Sensors are used in numerous blueprints, including parts for numerous frames, several weapons, and a handful of cosmetics. The most common use, however, is in Forma. Since you need a lot of these to get the most out of your frame and weapon builds, you’ll naturally need a ton of Neural Sensors. Even excluding the need to repeat the process, building one of everything that needs Neural Sensors requires 241. That’s a lot of grinding.
