There are a lot of resources in Disney Dreamlight Valley and one of them, Glimmer, can be harder to find than others. Glimmer is used in recipes such as the Tavern Piano and Bing Bong’s Wagon, so it’s worth going after.
Before you can head out in search of Glimmer, you need to upgrade your Hourglass to level 2. To do this, you’ll need to spend 10,000 Mist at the Timebending table. Upgrading your Hourglass will unlock more recipes and allow you to find more resources, including Glimmer.
How to find Glimmer in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Glimmer cannot be found on the usual maps of Disney Dreamlight Valley. In order to find Glimmer, you’ll need to head to one of the following Realms:
- Ratatouille
- Moana
- Wall-E
- Frozen
- Toy Story
- The Lion King
- Beauty and the Beast
At the time of writing, you cannot find Glimmer within the Monsters Inc. Realm. This is likely to be added in a future update, so we’ll keep you posted.
To make this easier, you can open up the map and use the Fast Travel menu to instantly travel to Realms. Once you’re there, use your Hourglass as you usually wood to open up rifts. Glimmer is one of the possible (and more likely) drops when inside Realms.
