- Issue: Crashing when claiming a reward. Fix: This is a known issue. Don’t worry, the reward is still added to your inventory when you load back in.
- Issue: Monopoly Go freezes at the load screen. Fix: Sometimes a simple restart will fix this issue, just make sure you actually force close the App beforehand. If not, you may need to uninstall and do a fresh install.
- Issue: Opening Community Chest causes Monopoly Go to crash. Fix: Similar to the reward error. You should be able to reload the game and be just fine. And, in the meantime, don’t worry, you still actually opened the chest.
- Issue: Monopoly Go won’t load at all. Fix: Usually this is a cache issue meaning you need to clear your cache. If that doesn’t work, try uninstalling and doing a fresh install which will also clear the cache for Monopoly Go.
