Twitch Drops offer a way to reap rewards just for watching streams. They don’t require much at all on the view end, so remembering to tune in to games like Warframe is your biggest task, along with occasionally checking to see if Twitch is rewarding you for the time invested. If you’re chasing easy Warframe goodies, we’re breaking down how to get all of the upcoming Warframe Twitch Drops.
How to get Warframe Twitch Drops
To get Warframe Twitch Drops, you must be signed up to Twitch, link your Warframe account to Twitch, and then watch a streamer with Twitch Drops enabled for the required amount of time. For this part, you’ll only need to go through the process once:
- Sign up for a Twitch account
- Link your Twitch account and Warframe account
- Watch a streamer with Twitch Drops enabled play Warframe
First things first, you must have a Twitch account to get Twitch Drops. It takes a few minutes of your time, and you’ll be able to use that account for every Twitch Drop you want to claim. Twitch accounts simply allow you to watch streamers on Twitch and support them by joining their communities.
The second step is to link your Warframe account to your Twitch account. Digital Extremes has a dedicated webpage for this, which is a great resource. Visit the website, sign into your Warframe account, which you use across all devices, and then link that to your Twitch account. This is the most important step, so double-check that you’ve linked these accounts correctly.
Finally, you need to find a Twitch streamer who has Twitch Drops enabled and watch them play Warframe. The game’s Twitch Drops campaigns aren’t constant, but they’re fairly regular. You can usually find a streamer who has these enabled for Warframe streaming on the days they’re live by searching around on social media or Twitch’s Warframe category.
Twitch Drops will be added to your Twitch Drops Inventory page. They won’t automatically unlock in-game. Instead, you’ll need to visit this inventory and redeem all the rewards there before they expire. This is important because Twitch Drops don’t stick around forever.
You’ll also need to keep an eye out for the current Twitch Drops campaign and how long you must watch the game to earn every reward. This varies from campaign to campaign. I’ve outlined the latest Warframe Twitch Drop campaign below so you can see exactly what you can earn and for what.
