How to get more Blueprints in Nightingale

A recipe for success.

Within the Realm hopping gaslamp fantasy Nightingale, crafting is done through the use of Blueprints. Whether you’re building a house or clothing, everything has a corresponding Blueprint which must be either found or purchased to unlock the item in your game.

As with any game of its type, Nightingale allows players to build a base that’s limited only by their imagination (and some mechanics, but that’s to be expected). While you start out the game with only crude Blueprints which allow you to construct basic equipment and structures, as the game progresses, you gain access more Blueprints which allow for more elaborate buildings and more efficient equipment.

It’s possible to find Blueprints through interacting with Hope Echoes, which can be found littered across the Realms. They’re easy to spot with their smoky, orange glow and pretty common, but there’s no guarantee that you’ll get a Blueprint by interacting with them.

One guaranteed way to find new Blueprints is through purchasing them from Essence Traders. While, again, there’s no guarantee that one shows up in any given Realm you create, if there is one you should definitely head in their direction and see what they have for sale.

In the Abeyance Realm, the Essence Trader has the following Blueprints for sale:

  • Simple Candle
  • Hide Chandelier
  • Hide Wall Sconce
  • Hide Table Lamp
  • Hide Standing Lamp
  • Crude Wood Advanced Roof
  • Crude Stone Advanced Roof
  • Simple Saw Table
  • Simple Smelter
  • Simple Mortar Station
  • Simple Spinning Wheel
  • Simple Masonary Bench
  • Simple Sewing Bench
  • Simple Tanning Station
  • Simple Workbench
  • Campfire
  • Simple Enchanter’s Focus

Traders in more difficult Realms will have more advanced Blueprints for sale, so be sure to visit all of them to get as many Blueprints as you can!
