How to get Ducats in Warframe

With all the different resources and currencies in this game, it can be hard to remember where to get things. Every other weekend, Baro Ki’Teer returns with items you don’t want to miss. With that said, here’s how to get Ducats in Warframe.

How to get Ducats in Warframe

This is a currency earned by trading in Prime parts at the kiosks in any Relay. The value of these depends mostly on the rarity of these said parts. Here are some typical values for Prime parts below:

  • Common: 15 – 25 Duats
  • Uncommon: 45 Ducats
  • Rare: 65 – 100 Ducats

There are some ranges for items depending on how common they are. For example, legacy parts like the Braton and Orthos Prime can still have certain rarities, but be on the cheaper end. However, it’s good to hold onto these as they can provide you with a stable source of Ducats.

You can also earn Ducats by trading in Aya to Varzia Dax in Maroo’s Bazaar. You should note that this method is totally not worth it since you only earn five Ducats for one Aya. You may as well trade those Aya in for Relics and crack those open to earn a common item that yields you 15 at least.

Best Ducat farm

The best way to farm Ducats is to find an Exterminate or Capture Void Fissure mission that you can easily speed run. Run it solo or with a pre-made team to coordinate kills, pick up ten traces, and extract quickly.

Even if you get a bunch of “junk” Prime parts, as the trading community puts it, you’ll still earn quite a lot of Ducats after several runs.

Once you feel like you have stocked up on a lot of Prime parts to trade in, visit a kiosk and sort your inventory by “Owned”. It’s a good way to sell off excess parts so you don’t accidentally sell off your last potential part for a full Prime set.
