How to get the new Taivan mount in World of Warcraft

With another World of Warcraft patch, there are more goodies for players to earn. Now, players can earn a special Taivan mount! This big, good boy will happily cart you around The Dragon Isles and beyond. But first, you have to unlock him!

How to complete the achievement

To add the Taivan to your collection, you will need to earn the achievement “A World Awoken.” Consider this the big “you did it all” achievement for the entire expansion. If you haven’t been playing for a few patches, it might be a little while before you can call the Taivan yours. Here are the achievements you need and what each one takes to earn:

Achievement Name	How to Earn It
Vault of the Incarnates	Complete the Vault of the Incarnates raid.
Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible	Complete the Aberrus raid.
Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope	Complete the Amirdrassil raid.
Myths of the Dragonflight Dungeons	Complete each of the Dragonflight Dungeons on Mythic or Mythic Keystone Difficulty
Loremaster of the Dragon Isles	Complete the Dragon Isles quest achievements for each of the 8 zones.
Friend of the Dragon Isles	Complete the Dragon Isles renown campaigns of the 6 major factions.
Dragon Quests	Complete each of the Dragonflight Quest Achievements, including Fringe Benefits. (Requires you to complete 8 of the daily quests in Eon’s Fringe.)
Oh My God. They Were Clutchmates	Complete each of the Dragonflight Reputation achievements, including the Winterpelt language.
Dragon Isles Pathfinder	Explore each of the locations in The Dragon Isles. Also grants old-style flying in The Dragon Isles.
Across the Isles	Aid the Dragon Isles by completing multiple achievements. This also rewards a Stormtouched Bruffalon.
You Know How to Reach Me	Complete all of the Forbidden Reach achievements. Also awards the title “The Forbidden”
Que Zara(lek), Zara(lek)	Complete all of the Zaralek Cavern achievements. Also awards the Calascent Shalewing.
Dream On	Complete the Emerald Dream achievements. Also awards the title “of the Emerald Dream”
Now THIS is Dragon Racing!	Complete each of the Dragonriding achievements. Also awards the Grotto Netherwing Drake’s Black Scales customization.8

Once you’ve earned all of these, the mount will appear in your collection!
