Is Shrek better remembered as a movie or as a meme at this point? Maybe both, but speaking of internet fame, here’s how you create Shrek in Infinite Craft.
Note that there are many ways to get to a given creation, so this is but one method. However, it’s a pretty direct and sort of cryptic way to do it. There may be better ways, but I’m pretty confident this is among the quickest.
Weirdly, it starts with an island, which is created using:
- Water + Water = Lake
- Lake + Water = Ocean
- Ocean + Earth = Island
Then we need a swamp, but it’s not what you’re thinking. This formula makes no sense, but we’re getting ahead of ourselves. Lets make a swamp:
- Water + Fire = Steam
- Steam + Earth = Mud
- Mud + Water = Swamp
Okay, now that we have a swamp and an island, we can create an ogre. This is how you do it:
- Swamp + Island = Loch Ness
- Loch Ness + Mud = Monster
- Monster + Earth = Troll
- Troll + Monster = Ogre
You may think that we can now just put swamp and ogre together and get swamp. No, I’m sorry, that creates the Loch Ness Monster, which is weird to begin with. Next, we’re going to need a house. Pretty simple formula:
- Mud + Fire = Brick
- Brick + Earth = House
Next, we need a ghost. If this logic has lost you, just trust me. We’re almost there.
- House + Ogre = Haunted House
- Haunted House = Monster = Ghost
Now, we combine ghost and ogre and get our Shrek.
- Ghost + Ogre = Shrek
Came out of nowhere, didn’t it? How does a ghost and an ogre equate to Shrek? I can’t answer that. It makes pretty near zero sense to me. To carry on with this, combine Shrek with a Ghost to get a donkey. Combine Donkey with Shrek to get love. Isn’t that sweet?
