Fortnite’s Chapter 5, Season 2 map and events are full of powerful items, peculiar locations, and special points of interest to interact with. While some spots have statues that summon mythical beings, others have rare Olympus and Underworld Chests that provide valuable loot.
Where to find an Olympus Chest in Fortnite Chapter 5, Season 2
Olympus chests are rare treasures you find exclusively in Mount Olympus and Brawler’s Battleground. Unlike Underworld chests that spawn in Grim Gate and The Underworld, Olympus chests require you to travel to the bottom-right corner of the map to Mount Olympus, where you’ll find several scattered around the area.
If you’re familiar with the Underworld chest’s appearance, you can rest assured that Olympus chests look the same. The only difference is their location, as Mount Olympus and Brawler’s Battleground are located opposite the corner of The Underworld and Grim Gate.
Opening an Olympus chest rewards you with items more valuable than those in regular treasure chests. More often than not, you’ll find rare and epic-grade items, with the occasional legendary-grade weapon if you’re lucky.
All Olympus Chest locations
Mount Olympus has five chests around its main platforms, with the areas outside also having some. Below is a map detailing possible Olympus chest spawn spots.
You can also find four additional chests in Brawler’s Battleground if you end up there instead or have a quest asking you to loot them here. The map below shows every Olympus chest in Brawler’s Battleground.
For the most part, it doesn’t matter which exact Olympus chests you go for during your matches. If other players glide down to Mount Olympus or Brawler’s Battleground, they may claim a few before you do, making it harder to open them for loot or weekly chests. You’ll also find a chest near the Aspect of Speed fighting area, so be careful entering there if the battle is ongoing. However, not every spot is guaranteed to spawn an Olympus chest, so don’t be too shocked if one of these locations has no treasure or a regular chest instead.
