Good news everyone, there is no puzzle! Once you make it to the Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower, you can walk right in and unlock it right away.
There are very few towers in the game that are considered “gimmes,” so chalk this up as a quick respite and a win. It’s also a great launching off point to get to the regions to the west and east of the Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower, so it’s a decent spot to start and exploration run.
