Hugo, Cody, and Guy teased for Street Fighter X Tekken

[Update: There is a live stream of the game going on right now. Check it out!]

After seeing Poison, Steve, Dhalsim, and and Yoshimitsu announced for Street Fighter X Tekken today, I figured that Capcom would wait at least 24 hours before revealing even more new characters for the game. Looks like I figured wrong. If this new “cinematic trailer” is any indicator, it looks like Hugo Andore (Poison’s long time partner) will be making an appearance in the game as well, along side two other Final Fight veterans, Guy and Cody. Also, that looks a lot like Haggar getting his butt kicked by King and Marduk at the beginning of the trailer. That said, I’m not ready to take that as a sign that our favorite wrestling politician is also making it into Street Fighter X Tekken. Having a full on Final Fight reunion of that caliber seems a little too good to be true.

I wonder if Hugo and Poison have changed much since the last time we spent time with them? Andore used to be quite the pottymouth. I trust that he’ll be using a bit more verbal restraint in Street Fighter X Tekken, if only to keep the game from earning a M-rating. As for Poison, she’ll never earn my trust.

Never trust a big butt and smile.
