An Assassin’s Creed Mirage Xbox Game Pass debut would add a ton of value to Microsoft’s service. After all, it’s a new adventure in the popular series that’s calling back to the classic formula. Some of Ubisoft’s titles like Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and Assassin’s Creed Origins are available on the service, so Mirage would be a great compliment. Here’s what we know about Assassin’s Creed Mirage on Xbox Game Pass.
Can you play Assassin’s Creed Mirage day one on Xbox Game Pass?
Unfortunately, if you plan to play Assassin’s Creed Mirage on Game Pass from day one, you better say “Requiescat in pace” to your hopes. The game won’t be available on Microsoft’s service and is something you’ll need to purchase instead.
Thankfully, Assassin’s Creed Mirage only costs $49.99 for the standard edition. There are additional special editions to consider as well, if you fancy yourself a huge Assassin’s Creed fan. Keep in mind that there are no multiplayer or co-op modes included. It’s just the campaign.
You can also subscribe to uPlay+ at $14.99 a month, which gives you access to Assassin’s Creed Mirage on October 5.
Games like this on Xbox Game Pass
If you don’t want to shell out the cash for the game but still want a similar experience on Xbox Game Pass, there are a few options for you.
The Dishonored series lets you be creative in the way you assassinate your enemies. You have different spells and abilities you can utilize. You can possess an animal or human to enter a previously restricted building, or you can throw opponents off a cliff with a wind burst. It may be in first-person, but the series gives you so much creativity with your kills.
There are also the prior Assassin’s Creed games in the series, Odyssey and Origins. They go for more of an open-world route, but you can still perform precise assassinations in these titles. They have so much content that you’ll be playing these games for months.
