A BattleBit Remastered PS5 and Xbox version would bring a Lego-like battlefield experience to consoles. The first-person shooter has a bunch of destructible environments as you patrol the area with tanks and helicopters. It would be great if developers SgtOkiDoki, Vilaskis, and TheLiquidHorse bring this chaos to consoles. Here’s everything we know about a potential BattleBit Remastered PS5 and Xbox Series X port.

Is a BattleBit Remastered PS5 or Xbox version available?

There are no inklings of a BattleBit Remastered PS5 or Xbox port yet. This is likely due to the game launching on Steam Early Access recently.

“Our plan is to remain in early access likely for two years, giving us sufficient time to refine our product based on user feedback,” said the publisher SgtOkiDoki on the game’s Steam page. The developer believes this duration allows them “to deliver a high-quality, user-centric product.”

A console version can sometimes be announced as the Early Access period ends. It does give developers more opportunities to make money in the industry. If BattleBit Remastered is heading to consoles, we’ll likely hear about it after Early Access ends. The Early Access period started on June 15, 2023, so we’ll likely see the full release in 2025, judging by the developer’s timeline.

Games like BattleBit Remastered on PS5 and Xbox

This may be an obvious pick, but the Battlefield series is the next best thing to BattleBit Remastered. Unfortunately, it’s a bit more graphic in terms of violence, but you can control tanks and other vehicles. Additionally, Battlefield 4 has level-ution like BattleBit Remastered, which changes the map according to what’s happening in the environment.

Other first-person shooters with strategy layers could work, too. Planetside 2 also has big player counts and strategic battles, so you might be able to sate your BattleBit needs through its sci-fi warfare.
