Battling your friends with UFC 5 crossplay would be fantastic. It wouldn’t matter which system you own. However, crossplay isn’t a feature that’s in every multiplayer game. Here’s what we know about UFC 5 potentially being crossplay.
Does EA Sports UFC 5 have crossplay?
Unfortunately, this UFC game won’t support crossplay. “UFC 5 doesn’t support cross-play or cross-progression between platforms,” says an official EA Q&A.
It’s a strange decision because other EA Sports games support crossplay, like FC 24 and Madden NFL 24. Another disappointing factor is that you won’t be able to transfer your save data from a PS5 to an Xbox Series X or S.
EA Sports UFC 5 isn’t on Xbox Game Pass as well, likely disappointing some MMA video game fans.
What UFC 5 modes are there?
There are a bunch of different modes available in the game. They include:
- Fight Week
- Online Career Mode
- Career Mode
- Ranked Championships
- Fight Now
What sports games have crossplay?
There are some sports games that do, in fact, have crossplay. If you’re looking for a combat sport, there’s AEW Fight Forever. Unfortunately, WWE 2K23 doesn’t have crossplay.
If you want to use your hands to drive rather than beat foes, Riders Republic and F1 22 both support crossplay. Other sports games that have crossplay support include:
- Madden NFL 24
- FC 24
- Roller Champions
- PGA Tour 2K23
- 3on3 Freestyle
- MLB The Show 23
- NBA 2K Playgrounds 2
- NHL 23
- Dirt 5
- Windjammers 2
- Super Mega Baseball 4
