More in the West than in Japan!

Bravely Default was one of my favorite games of this year (a lot of people don’t believe it when I say that, but it came out in 2014 in the US), and I’m glad a sequel is already in the works. It appears as if said sequel will have an audience when it hits, too, as Square Enix has announced that the game has sold one million copies overall.

According to Dengeki Online, 600,000 of those copies are from the Western markets, and 400,000 are from Japan. Maybe the sequel will fare even better if it drops the polarizing end chapters scheme.
