The Mega Man and Sonic amiibo are due on February 20, apart from the rest of Wave 3, but things aren’t looking great for the Blue Bomber. Hundreds of users have reported delays for Mega Man by way of Amazon, myself included. It looks like the figure will not arrive until March.
Here’s another key thing to note: you will have to “approve” the delay, lest Amazon cancels your order. So check your emails and log into your account before tomorrow! What impact this has on other retailers is unknown, but I’ve reached out and will provide an update with more information.
