Diners can enjoy special Dark Souls-themed dishes
I’ve always fancied going to a gaming-themed eatery but there’s a shocking lack of them where I live (wonder if I can get planning permission to build my own Deus Ex pub?). That’s no issue in Japan, where Siliconera is reporting that From Software has converted a cafe in Tokyo to serve Dark Souls-themed cuisine for a limited time.
Diners can enjoy pasta dishes like Successors of the Sun and drink from Estus Flasks which is pretty cool. I think From Software is missing a trick here; if you want a really authentic experience the studio should have diners gather round bonfires to eat and then a dragon will appear out of nowhere and burn them to a crisp. No one values authenticity anymore.
